Our providers

How it works

Independent providers, in plain words

Each provider at Valen Wellness is an independently owned business. Valen Wellness does not employ or supervise them.

Here is what that means for you:

• You book with the provider. Each provider uses their own booking system. Our booking hub opens the right one for you, so you can find everyone in one place.
• You pay the provider directly. Prices are set by each provider and paid to them, in their system or at your appointment. Valen does not take payments or hold deposits for them.
• The provider sets the rules. Cancellation policies, late arrival rules and what services they offer are up to each business. You will see them when you book.
• Licenses are on display. Every provider must hold a current license to work here. Each provider page lists their license type and number with a link to the state lookup.
• Questions about your visit go to your provider. They know your appointment and your history with them. For questions about the building, parking or this website, contact Valen.

The one exception is laser hair removal. Valen owns and runs the laser studio, and your sessions are done by a Valen employee with Oregon laser hair removal certification.

Medical services, such as injectables and IV hydration, are provided only by independently owned medical practices. A licensed provider evaluates every client before treatment. Read more in our independent providers notice.
