The short version

By using this website, you agree to these terms. Valen Wellness helps you find independent providers and book with them in their own booking apps. Each provider is responsible for their own services, prices and payments. Valen Wellness is responsible for its own laser studio.

Who runs this website

Valen Wellness Aloha LLC (“Valen Wellness”, “we”, “us”) runs this website and the Valen Wellness center in Aloha, Oregon. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

Independent providers are separate businesses

Each provider at Valen Wellness is an independently owned business. Valen Wellness does not employ or supervise them. Providers rent rooms at the center. Each one sets their own services, prices, hours and policies, holds their own license, and is responsible for the care they give you.

When you book with a provider, your agreement for that service is with the provider, not with Valen Wellness. Questions about an appointment, a cancellation, a refund or a result go to the provider. Read more on our independent providers page.

Booking and payment

• When you tap Book for a provider, their own booking app opens, in a window on our page or in a new tab. The booking app’s terms and the provider’s policies apply there.
• You pay providers in their own systems. Valen Wellness never takes payments, deposits or gift card sales for provider services.
• Prices shown for provider services are set by each provider. They can change, and the provider’s booking app has the current price.
• Many services are marked “Opening soon.” Joining a waitlist does not reserve a spot or a price. We email you once when that service opens.

The Valen Wellness laser studio

The laser hair removal studio is owned and run by Valen Wellness. It is the only service at the center where Valen Wellness takes payment, through its own booking account. The studio’s prices, cancellation rules and any package or membership terms are shown when you book, and those terms apply to your purchase. Before treatment, the studio decides whether laser hair removal is a good fit for you.

General information, not medical advice

Service pages, the FAQ and the journal give general information only. They are not medical advice and they do not replace a visit with a licensed professional. Results vary from person to person. Ask your own clinician before any treatment, especially if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.

Medical services such as injectables or IV hydration are provided by independently owned medical practices. A licensed provider from that practice evaluates every client before treatment and makes all care decisions.

Our forms

• Please give true information and do not include medical information in any form.
• A room application starts a conversation. It does not create a lease, a room license or any promise of space. Any room agreement is a separate written contract.
• A careers application does not create a job offer.
• If you send provider profile details or photos, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you let us show them on this site to describe your business.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

• break the law or anyone else’s rights while using the site;
• send spam, harmful code or automated requests that slow the site down;
• try to get into admin areas or other people’s information;
• copy the site’s content or design for your own business.

We may block access for anyone who misuses the site.

Names, words and pictures on this site

The Valen Wellness name, logo, text and design belong to Valen Wellness or the people who license them to us. Provider names, logos and photos belong to each provider. Photos on general pages are licensed mood photos and do not show the actual center or a real provider. Reviews, when shown, are real reviews embedded from Google.

Other companies' websites and tools

Booking windows, maps and links to provider websites come from other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Their own terms apply when you use them.

No promises about the site

We work to keep this website accurate and running, but we provide it “as is.” We do not promise that it will always be available, without errors or up to date, or that a provider listed today will be available later. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the website.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Valen Wellness is not responsible for services, products, prices, payments or advice from independent providers, or for losses caused by using or being unable to use this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Oregon law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to sort it out. If we cannot, it will be handled in the state courts in Washington County, Oregon, or the federal court for the District of Oregon, unless the law says otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when we post it here with a new date. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. For questions, use the contact form on our Visit page (/visit/).
